Instructions

Step 1
Cut tomatoes and boil in about a cup of water. Add noodles of choice after five or so minutes. The water will absorb starch from the noodles and get more creamy. Seperate noodles once fully cooked so they can cool down.

Grate ginger and garlic, combine with the other sauce ingredients
Step 3
Cut cucumber in fine strips or ribbons. Toss with sauce and noodles.
Step 4
Let tomato broth cool down, serve the noodles in broth
