Egg Tomato Avocado Sandwich

This sandwich is made using high fiber high protein grainy seedy bread so it has An amazing texture and also fills you up for longer . Paired with seasonal juicy beef tomato a perfect poached egg and lightly spiced avocado this is my idea of heaven

Instructions
Step 1
Slice some seedy grainy bread I use my Wonder-bread the recipe is up . Add a slice of beef tomato and season well with salt and black pepper


Step 2
Mash a small avocado then add lime juice salt pepper and red pepper flakes . Spread over the tomato and sprinkle za’atar on top .



Step 3
Poach an egg to your liking . A trick I like to use is i simmer a small pot of water then I grease a ladle add the egg in and lower it to just the top of the simmering water . I put the lid on and come back about 90 seconds later and it’s ready .

Step 4
Add the egg on top then season with salt and pepper and enjoy
