Instructions
Prepare the Avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.



Toast the Bread

Warm up the slices of bread or toast until golden brown.


Poach the Eggs

Fill a small pot with water and bring it to a gentle simmer.

Crack an egg into a small bowl.

Create a gentle whirlpool in the water using a spoon and slowly slide the egg into the center.
