Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Step 2
Cook pasta for 8 minutes. Drain and return to pan
Step 3
Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage, onion, garlic. Cook fully.
Step 4
Add mushrooms and sauté 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add spices and tomatoes to pan. Summer and stir occasionally 8 minutes
Step 6
Combine sausage mixture, pasta, spinach, mozzarella cheese, and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Step 7
Pour in greased large baking dish and sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top
Step 8
Bake 15 minutes
