Cherry filling
Step 1
Remove the stems and cut the cherries In half. Also remove the pit from the cherries.
Step 2
Heat the butter in the pot. Leave the heat on medium high and add the cherries and sugar. Fry for 1-1,5min.
Step 3
Add 8 tbsp of the water and let simmer for 2 more minutes.
Step 4
Mix 2 tbsp water with the corn starch and add to the cherries. Mix well and let simmer for another 3min on low heat.
Cream filling
Step 5
To a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
Wrap

Chop the almonds and roast in a pan until slightly brown.
Step 7
Spread the front center of the wrap with the cream filling.
Step 8
Top it with the cherry filling and sprinkle on the almonds.
Step 9
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 10
Roast on all sides. Enjoy!
