Instructions

Step 1
Cook broccoli for 2 mins in water and add udon noodles. Cook for 2 mins
Step 2
Make peanut sauce in the meantime by mixing all ingredients together
Step 3
Drain broccoli and noodles. Add sauce to the pan
Step 4
Add some water to thin as desired. Add noodles and broccoli back in, mix and heat through
Step 5
Serve with spring onion, chopped peanuts and sesame seeds
