Step 1
1. Cook pasta as directed in salted water
Step 2
2. Add cottage cheese and Unexpected Cheddar to a large stovetop pan on medium heat. Stir until melted together then mix in spices
Step 3
3. Transfer cheese mixture to a blender and blend until a smooth and creamy consistency
Step 4
4. Drain cooked pasta and add back to the pot.
Step 5
Mix in the cheese sauce until pasta is fully coated
Step 6
5. Top with everything bagel seasoning and/or fresh herbs (optional)
