Instructions

Step 1
chop squash into cubes, roast in oven 180 deg 30 mins. Add chopped red onion, chopped garlic, chili and cayenne pepper, cook for further 10 mins.
Step 2
Make shortcrust pastry (butter, flour, sugar, water). put in fridge to cool. Roll out into rustic shape, bake for 30 mins. Sweat spinach in olive oil. Put all toppings on top cook for further 15 mins. Serve with lettuce and tomato salad
