½ cupquinoa
cooked according to directions
0.5can of northern beans

1mini cucumber
diced

2 Tbspred onion

fresh parsley

mint

dill
Greek Yogurt Feta Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Cook quinoa according to instructions. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Drain and rinse beans. Prep your veggies.
Step 3
Combine prepared quinoa with other ingredients.
Step 4
Blitz together dressing ingredients in a food processor or small blender and drizzle on salad to serve
