Ingredients

2 tablespoonsolive oil

2 bunchrosemary
small

celery sticks
roughly chopped

1red onion
cut into wedges

1red pepper
cut into 8 pieces

dried chilli flakes

1 teaspoonsmoked paprika

150mlred wine

2 x 400gtins plum tomatoes

500gnew potatoes
or large waxy potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 x 400gtin cannellini beans
or other white beans or chickpeas, drained

100gkale
stalks removed, torn into bite-sized pieces

Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large casserole pan over a medium heat.
Step 2
Add the rosemary, celery, onion and pepper. Stir in the chilli flakes and smoked paprika and cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are starting to soften and colour a little.
Step 3
2/ Add the chipolatas and cook for 3-5 minutes until it is all smelling lovely and the chipolatas are getting nice and golden.
Step 4
3/ Pour in the red wine and let it cook off a little - just a few minutes will do - then add the tomatoes, potatoes and cannellini beans. Refill one of the tomato tins with water and add that, too. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover with the lid and simmer for 20 minutes.

4/ Remove the lid from the pan, add the kale and cook for a final
