Instructions
Step 1
Heat skillet on medium-high to high heat and add olive oil
Step 2
When oil is hot add the steak and do not move for 5 minutes
Step 3
Turn it once and cook for another 3 mins to medium rare (more for medium)
Step 4
Transfer steak to a cutting board and let it rest, covered loosely with foil for 5 minutes
Step 5
Arrange the spinach on a platter
Step 6
Thinly slice the steak on the diagonal
Step 7
Arrange the steak over the spinach and then toss the remaining ingredients on top
Step 8
Drizzle over the dressing
