For the Pork Chops:
For Cream Sauce:

Minced garlic
1Frozen Chopped Onion Cubes
Sauteed

2green onions
chopped

2poblano peppers
diced

4 tablespoonscream cheese

¼ cupheavy cream

1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar

1 teaspoondried chives

1 teaspoondried parsley

1 teaspoonsea salt

1 teaspoonblack pepper

1 cupsBrussels sprouts
halved

½ cupshredded smoked cheddar cheese
For Broccoli:
Instructions
Step 1
1. Sauté pork chops seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, and rubbed sage.
Step 2
2. Sauté minced garlic, onions, peppers.
Step 3
3. Add cream cheese, heavy cream, milk, apple cider vinegar, chives, parsley. Stir.
Step 4
4. Steam brussels sprouts and broccoli until tender.
Step 5
6. Season cream sauce with salt and black pepper. Add sauteed brussels sprouts and smoked cheddar cheese. Stir until creamy.
Step 6
7. For broccoli cream sauce, heat cream cheese, heavy cream. Add white cheddar. Stir until creamy. Season with salt and black pepper. Pour over broccoli.
