Instructions
Step 1
1.) First make your maple buffalo sauce by adding both ingredients into a bowl and mixing till smooth. IT’S SOOO GOOD btw!
Step 2
2.) Now add your ground beef and ground turkey into a bowl. Periodically while mixing them together, wet your palms so that it doesn’t stick too mucht your hands. The 99/1 is really sticky. The form meat into 8 2oz balls.
Step 3
3.) Right before you start cooking your patties, add your bacon to the oven on 400 degrees F and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
4.) Now preheat your stove top pan to a 7/10 heat. You’ll need one parchment paper sheet for all 8 of the patties. Add one to the center of the pan, spray top of the patty ball with non stick cooking spray. This help the parchment paper sheet from sticking so we can use it for all 8 patties. Then press down with a burger press or a spatula. Whatever you have!
Step 5
5.) Repeat for another patty so you can cook 2 at one time. Cook on each side for about 3 minutes. Repeat for all your patties.
Step 6
6.) Then once all patties are done, add 4 at a time onto the pan and add colby jack cheese on top of each and a little bit of water to the pan. Then cover on top to melt the cheese.
Step 7
7.) Once melted take off pan and then cook eggs in the same pan with a little bit of sea salt and black pepper. Add cover on top to help them cook evenly and stay runny.
Step 8
8.) Then it’s time to build the sandwiches. Add toasted english muffin, then maple buffalo sauce, one patty, then bacon, then another patty and then that fried runny egg. Add top english muffin and enjoy!
