Instructions

Step 1
Add salad greens to a bowl (spinach/arugula/kale), and top with pomegranate arils/seeds mixed together with butter beans, cooked quinoa, thawed or fresh shrimp, cooked in a pan for a few minutes, and sliced avocado.
