Peanut Sauce Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Layer in a bowl salad greens or cabbage mix, and top with shredded carrot, diced cucumber, teriyaki tofu cubes, mini mandarine orange slices, sesame seeds and cilantro, and dry roasted edamame (or fresh).
Step 2
To prepare peanut sauce dressing, simply mix all sauce ingredients in a small jar or mixing bowl. Pour over salad mixture and enjoy!
