For bell pepper sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 3 tbsp of olive oil into a pan and add the sliced onions to sauté
Step 2
Cut the bell peppers into random shapes and add them to the pan once the onions are slightly softened
Step 3
Add 1/2 tbsp of salt + 7 tbsp of water to the peppers and onions in the pan
Step 4
Put the lid on the pan and leave to cook for 8 minutes
Step 5
After 8 minutes, get a blender, pour in the bell peppers and onions and add the 100g of cheese and 100ml of milk
Step 6
Blend everything to a point where you can't see the pieces of bell peppers and to get a creamy consistency as a result
Step 7
Pour the sauce back into the pan.
Step 8
In a different pot, bring water to a boil, add salt and add pasta.
Step 9
Once pasta is cooked (al dente is the best!), drain the water and mix the pasta in the pan with the sauce.
Step 10
Serve with some basil leaves or parsley :)
