Instructions
Step 1
Cook chicken in crockpot (w/ a little water) shred chicken when done
Step 2
Add taco seasoning, enchilada sauce + shredded cheese
Step 3
In a 13x9 dish, put some enchilada sauce in the bottom
Step 4
Fill tortilla wraps w/ meat mixture- roll + place in pan
Step 5
Pour more enchilada sauce over tortillas in pan and sprinkle with cheese
Step 6
Bake 350°, covered for 20 min
