Instructions

Step 1
Put a pan of water on the hob to boil (highest heat). Add a pinch of salt
Step 2
Add the pasta, stir and boil for 10 - 12 mins until soft
Step 3
Whilst you are waiting, measure out the rest of your ingredients
Step 4
When soft, drain the pasta, using a colander, over the sink. Place the pasta into your Tupperware
Step 5
Wash your pan clean so you can start your sauce…place the flour, butter and milk in the pan. On a medium high heat on the hob, whisk constantly with a hand whisk until the sauce boils. It should be thick.
Step 6
Take off the heat, add your cheese and stir until fully combined
Step 7
Add the pasta and stir until fully combined.
Step 8
Transfer back to your Tupperware container.
