1 clovesgarlic

1 x 400gtins of chopped tomatoes

1 tablespoontomato puree

250gminced beef

1 teaspoonsdried chilli flakes
school to provide

1 heaped tsppaprika
school to provide

½ tspcinnamon
school to provide

½ tspcumin
school can provide

200mlwater
only add what you need

2beef stock cubes

1cans of red kidney beans

Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, pepper and garlic on a white chopping board
Step 2
On a medium heat on the hob, warm oil in a wok. Add the onion and pepper until soft, about 3 - 5 mins
Step 3
Add the garlic and mince and cook until browned, stirring OCCASIONALLY to stop lumps forming.
Step 4
Then stir-in the rest of the chopped tomatoes, the puree and all the herbs and spices, plus salt & pepper.

Add the stock cubes (crumble in or stir in)

Add any water needed

Bring to boiling point and simmer on a low heat so it's bubbling steadily.
