This stew was super flavorful! Follow the steps & you too can be enjoying this! The epis ( green seasoning) recipe is already on here. For the ingredient that says "seasoning" I'm talking about my Very Noicee All Purpose Seasoning.

Ingredients
5 servings
1.5 lbchuck roast
cut in small cubes
1 lbshrimp
tail on
1yellow onion
large, diced
2celery
sliced large
5roma tomatoes
cut in 1/4
2carrots
cut in medium diced
baby red potatoes
cut in half
2 Tbstomato paste
2 tspgochujang paste
optional
2 Tbspunsalted butter
salt
to taste
black pepper

32 ozchicken stock
or beef
seasoning
to taste
2 sprigsfresh oregano
or use thyme
Parsley
Freshly Chopped, enough for garnish too

Instructions
Step 1
Start by making the epis ( green seasoning ) recipe for that is already on here just scroll!
Step 2
Season the chunks of beef with a little salt and a few tablespoons of the epis to it. Mix until well combined and marinate for at least 30 minutes

Over medium high heat, using a large pot add the olive oil. Once hot add the marinated beef and sear. work in batches don't overcrowd the pan, the meat won't sear if you do that.

Once you've seared all the meat, remove it and set aside in a bowl. Lower heat to medium, add the onions and sauté until brown then add the celery and tomatoes.

Add the butter, tomato paste, gochujang and cook until the vegetables are soft. Add the mix to blender with half of the chicken stock and blend until smooth.

Add that mixture back to the pot over medium heat and add the rest of the chicken stock. Season with my Very Noicee All Purpose seasoning, and the rest of the ingredients listed below.

bring to a simmer before adding the beef back in, and the sprigs of oregano or thyme. cover with a lid and allow to simmer on medium low heat for 45min-hr.

Add the carrots then the potatoes shortly after. Taste the stew to see if you need to adjust the seasoning. after another 15-18min add the shrimp and cover.

Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the shrimps are fully cooked. Add some of the chopped parsley and carefully stir
