tinned
2chestnut mushrooms
2 tablespoonstomato purée
½ teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspoonground ginger
1 teaspoonsun-dried tomato pesto
black pepper

Instructions
Step 1
wash and drain lentils, cut mushrooms finely and place in a pan. add a splash of olive oil and a splash of water, add in tomato purée, pesto and spices.
Step 2
heat for 3 minutes
Step 3
assemble pitta with extras
