Step 1
1. Finely slice all vegetables 2. To a large pot add spring onion, garlic, ginger & chilli & fry until translucent 3. Add carrot, broccolini & white parts of bok choy & fry until soft 4. Add vegetable stock and bring to a boil & let simmer for 5 minutes 5. Add dumplings & boil for 10-15 minutes until dumplings are cooked 6. Add soy & hoisin sauce & green parts of the bok choy
7. Serve
