drained and rinsed

1cucumber
medium-sized, diced

1 cupcherry tomatoes
halved

2 tablespoonslemon juice

Instructions
Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, sliced Kalamata olives, parsley, and crumbled feta cheese.
