Peanut butter might be added in the morning too. Experiment with what works best. Try different protein flavours also. If liquid is needed add some water or milk.

Step 1
Mix the kefir with the protein powder, salt, mushed banana, vanilla extract, peanut butter, cinnamon and oats.
Step 2
Transfer in a sealed container and top up with your frozen berries before putting the mixture in the fridge overnight.
Step 3
Before eating sprinkle with seeds.
