Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the flour, salt and sugar. Gradually add the water and vegetable oil while working with your hands, until a rough ball forms
Step 2
Transfer to the countertop and knead for 10 ish minutes, until fully smooth. Divide it into 8 equal sized balls and let them rest for 10 minutes
Step 3
Flatten the balls into almost a rectangular shape and spread some more oil on it. Roll it onto itself until a cylinder is formed. Beat it around (like skipping a rope) to check for structural integrity and shape it into a spiral
Step 4
Finally flatten the spiral and cook in an oiled pan on high heat for a couple of minutes on each side. Best if served warm!
