Step 1
To a bowl, add the flour, coconut and salt and mix together until homogeneous.
Step 2
Mix in the oil with a wooden spoon. Once it disappears, add the water in slowly and work the dough with your hands, until a not so sticky ball forms (it won’t stick to your hands nor to the bowl, be careful in not adding too much water(
Step 3
Divide the dough into tennis size balls and flatten them out until a few millimetres thick
Step 4
Cook on high heat in a pan until bubbles (or just dark spots) start forming
