Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C). Grease a muffin pan or line with paper liners.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.

3. Place apples in a paper towel and squeeze out any extra moisture. Add apples and carrots to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

4. In a small bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix to incorporate ingredients.

5. Spoon batter into muffin tins.
Step 6
6. Bake for approximately 16 minutes or until a toothpick

inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 8
7. Serve muffins with mango and raspberries.
