2 Tbspavocado oil

2 Tbspvegetable bouillon
1 Tbspbrown sugar
or turbinado
4 cupswater

Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot boil 4 quarts of salted water add tomatoes for about 1 to 3 minutes until skin breaks and place in an ice bath. Heat to med high a Dutch oven and add your avocado oil. Add chopped onions and stir for a few minutes. Add all your spices to onions and stir for a couple minutes add butter and cook for 1 min then add potato starch, stir and let it cook for a few more minutes. Add chopped peeled tomatoes and boullion and stir. Slowly add in the water while stirring. Transfer to a blender and blend till smooth. Then pour back into the Dutch oven and keep on medium low heat add optional, sour cream, coconut milk, and hot sauce, and stir. Top with optional, chopped basil and more hot sauce..
