Instructions
Step 1
saute onions, celery, carrot and garlic, cover until soften 8- 10 minutes
Step 2
in slow cooker add everything- low 8 hours season salt and pepper
Step 3
roll up kale leaves and cut into thin ribbons - cook for 5 minutes just before serving
