Instructions
Step 1
Use Spiralizer to cut up the courgettes and peel garlic cloves
Step 2
Fry the pork mince in saucepan and stir in 1 minced garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper
Step 3
Add Soy sauce and mixed herbs to the mince. Stir in Passata, stock cube and water. Bring to the boil and simmer until the sauce thickens
Step 4
Fry the courgetti in oil butter and add the other garlic clove
Step 5
Sprinkle cheese on and serve
