Instructions
Step 1
Steam chicken with slices of ginger placed on top for 18 minutes with a pot in the middle
Step 2
Place straight into cold iced water
Step 3
Shred the chicken
Step 4
Make the sauce with: oil, chopped chillis, coriander, garlic, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon, and mix into the chicken soup from steaming
Step 5
Mix the chicken with sauce and serve
