Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the mince, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch and sugar. Add amount of soy sauce and sesame oil according to your taste
Step 2
Cut the tofu and put it on a plate. Pour the mince mix over it.
Step 3
Using a steamer, steam it for 10min. In the meantime chop the spring onions.
Step 4
Once done, sprinkle the spring onions on top and serve with rice.
