Instructions
Step 1
1. Bring chicken broth to a boil and add in soy sauce and seasonings. 2. Pour in corn starch and stir and wait for broth to thicken just a bit. 3. Once thickened, turn the heat down and make sure broth is not boiling to avoid soup from getting cloudy. 4. Slowly pour in egg mixture as you stir to create long egg ribbons.
5. Cut the heat and add in sesame oil.
6. Garnish with green onion.
