500g beet
Instructions
Step 1
Process the can of chickpeas in a food processor and drain.
Step 2
Process the beet in a food processor and drain fluid.
Step 3
Add and process fresh coriander
Step 4
Mix the mixture with all of the ground herbs.
Step 5
Bring a skillet with neutral oil (sunflowerseed oil) to a hot temperature.
Step 6
Create little balls, put them into flour and lift them into the hot oil. Press them into disks.
Step 7
Warm the tortillas in a hot skillet and mix a sauce of the Greek yoghurt and sambal.
Step 8
Serve the beet balls with spinach, wraps and sauce.
