Step 1
in a bowl combine cubed chicken breasts or thighs, 1 big clove of garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1 egg

Let brine for 1 hr

Add 3/4 tablespoon plus 1/3 cup of corn starch
Step 4
Add a little bit of water
Step 5
Fry for 6 minutes and check to see if done
Step 6
Serve with rice and steamed vegetables and sweet and sour sauce
