Step 1
1. Boil or cook quinoa in rice cooker
2. Chop veggies and saute in olive oil 3. Add corn and heat until warm
4. Add salt, pepper, herbs
5. When done, layer veggies on top of feta. 6. Add scallions and feta Enjoy! Note: I prepare and cook differently than original recipe. See attached photo for original instructions
