Instructions
Step 1
Soften the onions and caramelise with brown sugar and balsamic
Step 2
Take sausage meat out of skin and mince into onions. Cook until browned
Step 3
Poor in 300ml of chicken stock and reduce
Step 4
Mix in cream cheese, parmesan with lots of seasoning
