Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
Wash your tomatoes, basil and spinach
Step 3
Chop your spinach and basil
Step 4
To a 9x12 baking dish, add your tomatoes, spinach, basil, and feta cheese block in the middle. Optional: reserve some basil to garnish with once done

Drizzle with olive oil, juice of one lemon, and season
Step 6
Put in the 400 degree oven and bake for 35 minutes
Step 7
While this bakes, cook and drain your pasta according to the package
Step 8
Once your sauce is done, transfer to a mixing bowl and use a fork to mash the tomatoes and mix everything, or use an immersion blender to create a creamy sauce
Step 9
Pour the cooked pasta into the sauce and stir until well combined
Step 10
Garnish with basil
