Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200c/180c fan.

Place the block of feta in the centre of a baking tray and add the tomatoes.

Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil and add the garlic, mixed herbs and chilli flakes.
Step 4
Pop in the oven for 30 minutes until cooked.

Step 5
Spoon the cooked tomatoes and feta into a blender and blitz.
