Ingredients

1rotisserie chicken
½ cupGreen Grapes
⅓ cupsliced almonds
¼ cupCelery
Diced
1 TBSChlorella Powder
Organic
1 cupOlive Oil Mayonnaise
2 tablespoonssour cream
1 ½ teaspooncurry powder
1 teaspoontumeric
½ teaspoonground ginger
¼ teaspoonhimalayan salt
1 headButter Lettuce
or Romain Lettuce
1 stalkgreen onions
¼ cupGoji Berries
Instructions
Step 1
Take meat off of the Rotisserie Chicken and dice into smaller pieces (If you're cooking chicken, cook with simple seasoning of salt and pepper). Put diced chicken in a Medium bowl
Step 2
Add your diced Celery, halved grapes, sliced Almonds, goji berries, and green onions to bowl with Chicken
Step 3
Add Mayo, Sour Cream, Curry, Chlorella, tumeric, ginger and salt to bowl and mix until combined. Add more Mayo if too dry
Step 4
Best served chilled in lettuce wraps, sandwiches, or with crackers
