Instructions
Step 1
In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg with a splash of cream.
Step 2
Add coriander, chili, onion, garlic & ginger paste, and spices. Whisk to combine well.
Step 3
Dip the bread into the egg mixture, being sure to let it soak a little bit.
Step 4
Melt a little butter or ghee in a hot skillet.
Step 5
Fry bread on both sides (about 2-3 mins per side) until golden brown and egg is cooked.
Step 6
Serve warm with some Maggi Hot & Sweet sauce on the side!
