Instructions
Step 1
Dry the tofu well then mix the tofu pieces in the cornflour and garlic powder. Preheat your air fryer to 190c and cook for 10-15 minutes until crispy. If you don't have an air fryer it can also be cooked in the oven at 220c/200c fan but it'll take about 25-30 minutes.
Step 2
In a medium sized frying pan in a low-medium heat, add the ginger and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, until golden.
Step 3
Reduce the heat to low then add the soy sauce and honey. Stir until evenly combined.
Step 4
Pour in the tofu pieces, stirring well to coat each piece in the sauce.
