Ingredients

140garborio rice
adjust accordingly

70gred pepper
cut it into thin strips

45ggreen beans
used, Fazolové lusky rezané

45gpeas

1tomato
cut the tomatoes into cubes

0.12gsaffron
1 package from Rohlik

165gvegetable broth
Mixed with a pinch of vegetable powder and Shiitake Mushroom Powder and water

1 teaspoonthyme

1 teaspoonpaprika
Instructions
Step 1
In a large non-stick pan with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, saute thyme and paprika over med-low heat until fragrant.


Step 2
Add the peppers and fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3
Add the tomatoes and green beans and cook for another 2-3 minutes, adding a pinch of salt (season accordingly), then add the rice and mix well.



Step 4
Dissolve the saffron in water and pour everything (Make sure the water completely covers the veggies and rice) into a pan and lower the heat, leaving it to cook for 15 minutes without stirring.

Step 5
Add the peas, cover with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes
