Step 1
Season the chicken thighs with the ingredients listed

Step 2
Using a large skillet over medium high heat, add the 1 tbsp. olive oil; once hot add the chicken thighs. cook for 6-7 minutes each side, or until fully cooked.

Step 3
Chop the chicken into small bite size pieces, then add 1/3 cup of honey chipotle sauce or as much you would like. mix and set aside

Step 4
Wipe the skillet out with a paper towel. then add back to the stove on low heat. add the tortilla, then add as much cheese as you would like. close it up like a quesadilla to help the cheese melt better.

Step 5
turn off heat. Grab the tortilla out the pan. open it up then add the chicken and diced onions. Don't over stuff it. Wrap into a burrito.
Step 6
Place the skillet back on the stove on medium low heat, add the butter. Once melted add the chicken wrap/burrito. toast on the open side first then flip. turn off heat. Remove the wrap, allow to cool before cutting in half and enjoying!
