Instructions
Step 1
Cut a circle at the top of the pumpkin.
Step 2
Take out all the seeds and wash well.
Step 3
Put the onion, garlic, and rosemary inside the pumpkin. Cover with water and put the “lid” back in.
Step 4
Cover with aluminium foil.
Step 5
Bake for about two hours, or until the onion is completely soft inside when you insert a knife into it.
Step 6
Put all the contents of the pumpkin except its skin into a blender. Blend well.
Step 7
Put everything into a pot, add the cream, vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Heat and serve.
