These are spicy and savory, rather than Italian-seasoned. Still, they’re great in pasta dishes, as well as on subs, with gravy, or even just on their own.

Step 1
Combine all ingredients well. Form into 1.5” balls.
Step 2
Brown in a saucepan. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until cooked through. If using with a sauce, you may instead add the browned meatballs to the sauce and simmer until cooked through.
