Instructions
Step 1
Fry spices in oil on medium until fragrant. Put in a spice bag.

Heat pork belly on medium until oil comes out and pork browned nicely

Fry garlic, ginger and green onion until fragrant
Step 4
Heat cooking wine on high until evaporate
Step 5
Stir in pickled cabbage and fry on high until water evaporates
Step 6
Put in bone stock and water, bring to boil , put spice bag, and simmer for 40min.
Step 7
Soak glass noodles for 5 min in hot water, drain and soak in cold water for another 5min. Put noodles in soup and simmer for 5min.
