Instructions
Step 1
Make marinade of yogurt and half the spices, pastes and salt. Add cubed chicken and refrigerate an hour or so.
Step 2
Soak Cashews in warm water.
Step 3
Butter pan and sear chicken on high. Remove chicken to a plate and set aside.
Step 4
Turn heat to medium. Add red onions and the rest of the garlic and ginger paste.
Step 5
Cook a minute and add canned tomatoes and cashews. Cook a couple minutes. Then blend into a creamy sauce.
Step 6
Pour into pan. Add sugar and the rest of the spices, salt and fenugreek leaves.
Step 7
Add chicken back in and simmer 5 minutes.
Step 8
Add some cream and cilantro on top.
