or chicken broth, or mixture of both
¼ cuporange juice
¼ cupcilantro
fresh or 2T dried
2 teaspoonsground cumin
2 tablespoonsjerk seasoning
2 tablespoonsblack pepper
cracked
2 tablespoonslime jice
1 tablespoongarlic
chicken
cubed and coated in cajun spice mix
baby potatoes
halved or quartered
andouille sausage
halved and sliced
Instructions
Step 1
Add broth ingredients to a pan, bring to a boil
Cook at tabletop or
Add potatoes and cook for 16 minutes
Add chicken and cook for 4 - 8 minutes
Add Andouille and cook until potatoes are tender, chicken is cooked, and sausage is heated through.
