Instructions

Step 1
Cut top of hash brown bag, add melted butter and cornstarch. Mix well.
Step 2
Pat hash brown mixture into bottom of 9x13 pan.
Step 3
Mix eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into hashbrown crust, sprinkle with green onion and cheddar cheese.
Step 4
Lay slices of bacon on top, overlapping each slice.
Step 5
Back 350 for 35 minutes. Let it rest, carefully flip, then flip again. Cut and serve.
